REGISTRATION GUIDELINES - AUGUST 1, 2022 - JULY 31, 2023

Player registration does not open for the 2022-23 season until August 1, 2022

Player Registration Guidelines

Players 18 and over be sure to read all the way to the end of this page!

Players: it is important that you understand a few things BEFORE you continue and register yourself to a team that you confirm

DO NOT USE A PHONE TO REGISTER YOURSELF - USE A COMPUTER.

NOTE - any players or staff found to have created more than one registration, falsifying information, or attempting to register for more than one team will be assessed an individual fine and possibly a team fine and could also lead to expulsion from the league, loss of points, or more after investigation. If you are having trouble of any kind DO NOT attempt to create a second profile.

  1. Do not register for your team until your team has been approved
    1. An approved team will show up on your region/division webpage on the teams list for the 2022-23 season
  2. Player registration does NOT include secondary medical insurance
    1. We recommend you do your research and obtain your own personal medical insurance if you are going to compete in this league.
    2. Read the waiver while registering so you understand our policies.
  1. You must get permission from Team Staff/Coach before registering for a team
  2. You cannot play in a game until registration is completed and you show publicly on the team webpage AND the official match roster.
  3. Our registrar will update your status to roster you onto your new team within 4 days.
    1. YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE CLEARED TO PLAY IF YOU REGISTER THE SAME DAY OF THE GAME.
  4. ROSTER PHOTO must be of face and shoulders only – similar to passport or drivers license photo. blurry or unusable photo will be rejected so be sure to upload a clean shot.
    1. NO HATS OR SUNGLASSES
    2. IF YOUR PHOTO IS UNACCEPTABLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY $5 TO HAVE A PROPER PHOTO UPLOADED FOR YOU BY OUR REGISTRAR.

RETURNING & NEW PLAYERS

TUTORIAL VIDEO - (new one is being created - if you need help contact us)

  1. Returning Player: 
    1. Login to your account
    2. Click the Registration Tab > Player/Staff Registration button
    3. Register for the new season, you will need to do this each time a new season starts.
  2. New PLAYER
    1. ​Click 'Create Account'
    2. Once you login, complete your 'Profile'.
    3. Fill out the form under 'Create Account', choose your Team and position with that team
    4. COMPLETE your profile
    5. Click on the 'Registration' tab to register for your team for the current or upcoming season.
  3. Players 18 and older
    1. Ask your coach/manager if there are any players 17 or younger on your team. 
    2. If the answer is yes...
    3. Complete SafeSport
    4. Instructions are located in the "Document Library" which you can access after you complete registration
    5. Your manager/coach should also know how to complete this
BEHAVIOR: We have very high standards when it comes to your on field behavior and overall attitude and respect for the game. We will not hesitate to remove any player or staff from the league who does not uphold a high standard of behavior. No fighting, no cussing, no drugs or alcohol at the field. ALWAYS clean up your trash and leave the field as you left it.
We do not allow unregistered players to play in league games. If caught both team and staff will lose points and be fined.
