SWPL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: AMSG Elites Lucas Uribe

LA MIRADA, CA (September 25, 2024) – AMSG Elite goalkeeper Lucas Uribe has been selected SWPL Player of the Week.

Uribe made 11 saves as AMSG Elite played to a 1-1 draw against FC United Kingdom in a SoCal Premier League 1st Division season opener at Orange County Great Park on Sunday, Sept. 22.

Born in Los Angeles, Uribe is crrently a senior at Cathedral High School. He has previously played for L.A. Surf, AYSO United and SoCal Reds.

The SWPL Player of the Week is selected from nominations from league members.
