SoCal Premier D1 Recap: La Familia FC Opens With Big Win

LA MIRADA, CA (September 19, 2023) - La Familia FC begins life in Division One with a big win.

Three players had two goals apiece, and Max Rodriguez had a goal and an assist as La Familia FC defeated Inland Empire FC 8-0 in a SoCal Premier League match on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Ralph M. Lewis Sports Complex in Fontana.

Also on Saturday night in Fontana, Ocelot FC 2 scored early and often in a 7-3 win over Fontana Legacy FC.

On Sunday, AMSG FC 2, the SoCal Premier League 2023 Spring Season champions, shut out Olympiacos CA II, 4-0 at Pleasant View Park.

At Orange County Great Park on Sunday night, Steaua FC made its debut with a 2-1 win over Medallo City FC, and Real Sociedad O.C. played with a man advantage after a first-half red card en route to a 5-1 win over FC United Kingdom.
