Raul Briones Cup Recap: FC United Kingdom Wins Epic Final

LA MIRADA, CA (May 22, 2023) - The third time was charmed.

FC United Kingdom earned its third Raul Briones Cup title with a 2-2 (3-1) shootout victory over Problems FC at Al Barbour Field on the campus of Biola University on Sunday, May 21.

The Nos. 2 and 3 teams in SoCal Premier Division I for the 2022-'23 season, Problems FC and FC United Kingdom went goal-for-goal in the Final until the shootout.

The win secures a spot in this summer's NISA Independent Cup for FC United Kingdom.
