LA MIRADA, CA (June 24, 2022) – The NISA Independent Cup kicks off this weekend in Southern California.

Capo FC hosts Soul2Sole FC as two Southwest Premier League (SWPL) clubs face off at Junipero Serra Catholic High School Stadium in San Juan Capistrano, CA at 5 p.m. PT on Sunday night.

The match begins the SoCal Region of the NISA Independent Cup, which features some of the United States' top amateur clubs competing for prize money and a shot to play the NISA professional club from each region.

“We are proud that an all-Southwest Premier League matchup will be the start of the NISA Independent Cup on the West Coast," SWPL President Matt Morse said. "It'll be a great game between two up-and-coming clubs and we're looking forward to it.”

The match will be broadcast live on Capo FC's Youtube channel.
